Sweet fa uk was founded in the autumn of 2002 by Alison Ford.
With her vast knowledge and experience in fashion, textiles, interior and display, she decided to form a company that would encapsulate her wealth of skills and abilities. Since the company has started, we have not promoted ourselves in any way and all our work has been through word of mouth and recommendation.
To give an overview of what we specialise in is, we're like builders, "no job too big or small", though a lot more speedy and reliable. From one off window displays or bespoke wear and costumes. To an all store scheme and garment production.
Most recent work done working with Liberties on homeware and lingerie and a small soft furnishing production. Also working with them on beach accessories and a towel colection for spring/summer 2005.
Ongoing window schemes with Marks and Spencer's, Oasis and a Christmas window scheme with Ted Baker.
Other shops we have worked with and for include; Aspreys, Austin Reed, Bodyshop, Carphone Warehouse, Dunhill, Kookai, Mappin & Webb, Thomas Pink and various film and production companies.
Basically, any job involving a bit of fabric we will "vaingloriously" create. Whether it be re-kitting out all of your soft furninshings to re-kitting out your wardrobe, office, window displays, life. There's not much we won't sell out for!
